• Description: - Streamlining Power BI Reports Refresh Schedule: We implemented the Microsoft Azure App into our Power BI workspace, which enabled us to manage the report refresh via an email-triggered Microsoft Power Automate flow for automated Snowflake views. This strategy allowed us to avoid subscribing to a premium capacity plan while keeping the compute usage (CU) within the limits, resulting in a monthly saving of approximately USD 3400. - Power BI Report using JAAS API Data Source: We used the JAAS API and Python programming to extract necessary data into an Excel format, which was then utilized as the primary data source for our Power BI report. Additional data sources, such as AirTable and Snowflake, were also incorporated to enhance the report's view. - Project Rodimus - Phase 3, I adapted changes made on Apple API to create a new Python code. This helped the internal team update the pricing and availability sections swiftly, reducing manual intervention and updating time. We updated pricing for almost 30 offers across 175 countries within 45 minutes. - In the Project Elucidation, I automated the Reporting process. This improved the accuracy of our data, centralized data management, saved time, enhanced data visualization, and facilitated automated communication. The project significantly reduced the monthly reporting time by 7 hours, thereby improving overall productivity. - In Project Pear, I utilized VBA to automate a certain task, thereby increasing efficiency and reducing the time required to complete it. This led to a 56% increase in efficiency and a time saving of 9 hours for item creation. For offer creation, efficiency was boosted by 80%, saving an hour on each task.

• Description: Working with different stakeholders around the world by supporting the BI team for analysis and reporting, Inventory management and Supply chain revenue reporting, and people manager ● Working with the BI team on various projects mentioned above along with different stakeholders. ● Inventory Management for internal and external stakeholders’ requests for game codes by working with First party stakeholders like Microsoft, PlayStation, and Nintendo to receive and update the internal systems with the codes for further processing. ● Working with different vendors for receiving and auditing the monthly and quarterly sales reports and providing the same to invoicing team for further processing. ● People manager with four directs and a team of 20 members to manage different shifts. Working with the team closely on improving morale and engagement by providing the information and required training. Mentoring directs in their set goals. ● Project Builder Blocks: 1. Worked on creating a workspace in a new tool called AirTable where we can ingest the data from the Power BI report created and update the information about the task's progress. 2. Using AirTable tool, created an automated template that sends emails every week about the pending tasks which need attention. Analytics for the worked titles showing high-level data for the order Codes from different platforms, tasks, and charts to provide business with required insights. 3. This project reduced the time frame for ingesting the data in Google Sheets from 45 hours in a month to an hour and it had a good impact on Business Unit wide which restructured the way data is being seen and used for collaboration. ● Project Auto-Bot email: 1. Worked on creating a template where python code for showing the differences by highlighting and showing changes in pricing for existing and previous pricing from the pricing template 2. Using Power Automate, we have designed it to send an email to an automated email list when triggered.

Worked on automating the data into external portals like Apple IOS developer tool through XML file and Google developer tool update through CSV files. 2. Created VBA Macros and python codes for optimizing the process for generation of the XML files and CSV files. 3. Business impact of this project was increased efficiency and processing by 78% and saved time frame for processing the task handled by 3 people with 1.5 weeks to 1 person within 3 days. Project Digital Reseller settlement reports automation: 1. Automated a report which uses T-SQL for getting the data using a database integration by creating tables and uploading the information to the database using the existing C# front end portal. This reduced timeframe to generate and work on the reports by 3 hours to 10 minutes. Increasing the efficiency. 2. Another part of the transition was we moved from Network Drive to Google Drive which saved us $1000 per year in revenue. Reduced the IT need for management of network drive. Ease of access for the reports and updating in the drive. 3. Third part of the transition for a vendor report from Amazon needs a connection setup between Amazon ASIN and EA number. This connection was established using the Product Life Cycle management tool which is FLC. This will help us get the data from Snowflake. • People manager with three directs and a team of 24 members to manage in different shifts. Worked on generating the various reports in Tableau and Power BI for the newly launched product management tool and according to stakeholder requirements. Examples: Calendar View, Line chart Visualization, Grid or Tabular format reporting structure. 2. Using the snowflake database for creating and optimizing the queries required for the requirement of the report and generating the data in the Power BI View. 3. This project had a huge impact on Business Unit wide which restructured the way data is being seen. • Project Excel Macro Catalog: 1. We had two options in the Catalog tool which were yet to be explored. XML and XLSM type of upload files for bulk operation. Worked on getting these options enabled from backend IT team on tool interface. 2. Created a VBA Macro which further optimized the workings when using XML and XLSM templates from the Catalog tool. 3. Impact of the project led to many use cases. One such case is integrating the new data into a tool that had a 300% increase in efficiency and reduced the time frame to work on around 8500 items in 1.5 months instead of 3 months timeframe. • People manager with three directs and a team of 14 members to manage in different shifts.
