None are containerized today, and the majority are Java-based from our pre-microservices era. 2) DevOps/platform ownership • We don’t have a dedicated DevOps org. Each engineering pod maintains semi-manual CI/CD scripts with QA handoffs. Modernizing these pipelines,centralizing builds, automating tests and deployments,would be a key part of your remit as CPO, partnering closely with a small platform engineer. 3) A/B and analytics tooling • Our current experimentation setup is a basic feature-flag system feeding into our Python-powered analytics pipeline.
